Harlingen, Texas– The
City of Harlingen will hold two Town Hall Meetings this week to
discuss the ongoing cleanup efforts caused by the June 24 unexpected
rain event and how the drainage system works. The Town Hall Meetings
will be held at Lee H. Means Elementary School on July 9 and Moises Vela
Middle School on July 11.
